I receive a notification letter in the mail regarding an item on an upcoming Board of Adjustment or Planning and Zoning Board meeting. What do I do?
The letter was likely sent to you as it was determined that you may be an affected party to the application. You are not required to respond unless you are interested in speaking in favor of, or against the item.
