New Utilities Billing System and New Utility Bill Format 

City of Pembroke Pines Utility customers will now notice a new and improved Utility Billing System. This will allow accounts to be easily accessed and managed, enhancing the customer experience. This change is the result of the City’s efforts to provide world-class services and in response to the community’s need for convenience, transparency, simplicity, and flexibility.


Please note that effective May 2, 2022, all delinquent accounts will be subject to late fees and disconnection of service. Delinquent account holders are encouraged to bring their balances current in order to avoid service disruption.
