Pembroke Pines Building Department – Online Permit Submittal

The City of Pembroke Pines Building Department is continuously making efforts to provide the public with exceptional solutions and will now be accepting digital submittal of permits.
   
In order to utilize this service, you must be a registered contractor with the City of Pembroke Pines. If your information is not up to date or you are not registered with the City, please attach the required information (State License, General Liability, and Workers Compensation insurance) along with your application packet in PDF Format and send via email.

Please note: All information must be either typed or neatly printed. Incomplete packets will not be processed.
  
Scan all required documents and send in PDF Format via email, pinespermits@cgasolutions.com.

  
Submitted applications will be processed in the order in which they are received. When completed, we will email a validated copy of the permit card and plans. This copy, along with the original packet that was digitally submitted must be on site at the time of inspections.
