The City of Pembroke Pines Building Department is continuously making efforts to provide the public with exceptional solutions and will now be accepting digital submittal of permits.
In order to utilize this service, you must be a registered Contact through the Development Hub.
If you are a Contractor registering or updating your State/Broward County License, General Liability, and Workers Compensation Insurance, please send via email.
Please note: All information must be either typed or neatly printed. Incomplete packets will not be processed.
All required documents must be uploaded
Submitted applications will be processed in the order in which they are received. When completed, you will receive notification through the Development Hub where you we will be able to download and print the permit card and plans. This copy, must be on site at the time of inspections.
As of April 25, 2022 the City will no longer accept permit applications via email. Submissions may be requested through the Development Hub by creating a login or by visiting the Building Department.
