 Building Department will be closed

 on Presidents Day 2/16/2026

Scheduling an inspection with the Pembroke Pines Building Department can be done in the following ways: via telephone or email. Using any of these methods requires the following information:

• Permit number
• Discipline in which you wish to schedule
• The exact inspection you are requesting (found on the back of your permit card)
• The date that you would like the inspection to occur.

Please note: Inspection Requests by 3pm will be scheduled for the Next Business Day unless items are pending (Fees, License/Insurance Update, Pending Revision, etc). If you are scheduling for the next business day, your request must be in no later than 3 PM. Inspection requests made after 3pm on Thursday, will be scheduled for Tuesday (the next Business Day).

Inspection time frames are available on the day of the inspection 
after ⌚8:00 am.
