The City of Pembroke Pines has nearly 600,000 square feet of industrial development with an additional 1 million square feet to be developed by 2018. A majority of the properties are located in the northwest corner of the city with access to US 27 and I-75.
The Bergeron Park of Commerce and Industry is a 300-acre commercial and industrial park with zoning of general to limited heavy industrial (M-1, M-3, and M-4). The park has space and land available to meet your needs. The park is located on the corner of 196th Avenue and Sheridan Street. Bergeron recently completed a new 170,000-square-foot Distribution Warehouse on their M-1 zoned parcel called the Bergeron Distribution facility.
